Valley Stream, NY – September 30, 2007 – It doesn’t seem that Korabi can catch a break in their inaugural season in the Cosmopolitan Soccer League playing to a scoreless draw.

SHORE INT’L – KORABI VETERANS  1:3 (1:2)

Middletown, NJ – September 30, 2007 – Korabi Veterans finally get their first win of the fall season. Veterans got first half goals from Kujtim Kaziu and Adem Klloboçishta to take a 2 goal lead before Shore pulled a goal back.

Kujtim Kaziu scored again in the second half to seal the win for Korabi.

Dibër, 30 Shtator 2007 – Sapo filloj loja, në minutën 1, Korabi në aksionin e parë shënoj gol me anë të mesfushorit Fuat Spahiu, i cili u gjend në vendin e duhur dhe shënoj me kokë, Korabi 1-0. Pas golit të parë, Korabi vazhdoj me një lojë më ofanzive nga kundërshtari, i cili vetëm në mbrojtje luante. Por sulmusesit nuk ishin edhe aq te saktë në gjuajtet e tyre, sepse kishin edhe 2-3 raste për të shënuar gola.

Në minutën 41 erdhi edhe goli i dytë i Korabit nga Abib Kllobocishta. Një gol shum i bukur, me shum mjeshteri Abibi nga 25 metra e lloboj topin mbi portjerin e ekipit të Leshanit, Korabi 2-0. Në pjesën e parë mbrojta nuk kishte shumë punë sepse loja luheshte në gjysëmfushën e Leshanit. Mesfusha luajti mirë, sulmi ishte pjesa më e dobet e Korabit sepse sulmuesit nuk bënin raste shënimesh, edhe ata raste që i krijuan nuk mundën ti realizojnë.

Në fillim të pjesës se dytë Leshani e filloj lojën më me ofanzivë se në pjesën e parë, por kjo nuk zgjati shumë se mbas 10 minuta loje Korabi përsëri e mori në kontroll lojën. Pjesa e dyte ishte kishte më pak raste shënimesh për Korabin sepse ishin më të përqëndruar në mesfushë. Leshani krijoj disa raste të mira për gol me disa kundërsulme por portjeri i Korabit, Muhamet Trapi ishte në vendin e duhur.

Në përgjithësi ishte lojë e qetë pa asnjë karton dhe me një referim korekt.

KORABI – GOTHAM AGRO 1:2 (0:2)

Staten Island, NY – September 23, 2007 – For the second week in a row Korabi has paid dearly for their mistakes and missed opportunities. They started the game with a flurry of attacks but unable to capitalize on their chances. Gotham took advantage of this in the 20th minute scoring on a counter attack and afterward taking command of play and creating a number of scoring opportunities.

Gotham continued to dominate in the second half scoring in the 55th minute to put them up 2-0. It took Korabi another 15 or 20 minutes to regain their composure and get back into the game and as they did, they had some good attacks and scored in the 80th minute when Mike Franco put a 20 yard shot in the net. Korabi kept on attacking for the remainder of the game and had some spectacular opportunities that they could not convert to equalize.

It must be noted that Korabi has potential, this team has only played together 3 or 4 months and it will take time to build.

KORABI VETERANS – WALL 2:6 (2:2)

Old Bridge – NJ September 23, 2007 – The Korabi Veterans have gotten off to a terrible start to the Fall season with yet another loss. Korabi actually took the lead twice in the first half on goals by Kujtim Kaziu and Alit Jani only to see Wall come back to even it both times.

With an abundance of missed scoring chances it was only a matter of time before it would come back to haunt them. Half way through the second half Wall was able to score and never look back as they cruised to the victory.

KORABI – ASTORIA GALES  2:2 (2:1)

Staten Island, NY – September 16, 2007 – On a beautiful cool afternoon, Korabi made its debut in the Cosmopolitan Soccer League. It’s very unfortunate, after controlling the entire game, they could not hold on to win today’s game.

In the 14th minute Korabi took a 1-0 lead on a set play when Abdulla Begaj scored, converting a corner kick by Bekim Papraniku. As they kept on attacking, 20 minutes later, in the 34th minute newcomer Luigi Ferara placed a beautiful shot to the upper left corner of the net to increase the lead to 2-0. In the 45th minute, seconds before the end of the first half, Astoria were able to score and cut the deficit to 2-1.

The second half saw Korabi waste a slew of scoring opportunities only to concede a goal in the final minute of the game to ruin their debut.

KORABI VETERANS – OLD BRIDGE 0:1 (0:0)

Old Bridge, NJ – September 16, 2007 – On a beautiful cool Sunday morning at Veterans Park the Old Bridge O-40 team outlasted Korabi, they were fortunate to score in the final minutes of a close match and come out with the win.

Dibër, 10 Shtator 2007 - Në ujërat e qeta të Liqenit piktoresk të Dibrës, të dielën nën patronazhin e Federatës së Maqedonisë në kajak dhe kanu dhe me organizim teknik të KKK “Radika” nga Dibra, u mbajtën garat shtetërore për kategoritë e pionierëve, kadetëve, juniorëve dhe seniorëve. Kurse pjesëmarrës në këtë aktivitet ishin “Radika” nga Dibra, “Drini I Zi ” nga Struga, “Stërmeci” nga Ohri dhe “Babuna” nga Velesi. Pas tre orë gare, me plot meritë, ekipi i “Drinit të Zi” më 104 pikë të tubuara u plasua në vendin e parë para “Radikës”, e cila tuboi 103.5 pikë. Ndërsa në vendin e tretë, u plasua ekipi i “Stërmecit” me 37 pikë. Kryetari i KKK “Radika”, njëherësh edhe trajner i ekipit, Urim Lleshi, për gazetën “Koha” u shpreh se “rezultati i ekipit dibran kishte mundësi të jetë shumë më i mirë, por duke pasur parasysh vazhdimësinë e garave dhe rivalitetin e shëndoshë me ekipin strugan, të cilin thuaja se në tre garat e fundit i kemi fituar”, deklaroi Lleshi.
