Long Branch – KORABI Veterans 4-4 (3-2)
Goals: Musa “Çaki” Gjeli (2), Adem Klloboçishta, Avni Ushtelenca

Long Branch. NJ – October 10, 2010 – What a game, attacking, defending, crisp passing, high scoring, this game had it all.

The host Long Branch team, arguably the best team in the league, scored early to take a 1-0 lead that left Korabi stunned as they were playing well. Korabi did not lose composure and replied with a goal of it’s own through a set play by Çaki. Long Branch scored two more times to take a 3-1 lead. Adem Klloboçishta scored in the final minutes of the first half to make it 3-2, going into halftime.

The second half was even better than the first but once again the host scored to take a 4-2 lead and Korabi had to play even harder and try to score and stay in the game. Avni Ushtelenca scored from a free kick halfway through the second half to bring Korabi within one.

As it seemed as if the game was going to end this way, Coach Tonçe decided to take some chances and push everyone up and it paid off as Çaki scored on a solo play in the final minute of the game to gain the draw for a very tired and exhausted Korabi team who had left everything on the field.
